Hello,
at “Lillebo”, I was spending my summer holidays together with my parents in 1973, which was – without electricity or gas – an unusual experience for a fifteen-year-old boy. Great to see, that the beautiful old cottage ist still alive. As I am on holidays in Houvig, I would like to see it again. Can you tell me its adress? Where can I get some information on its history?
If this is interesting for you, I could send a few jpg-pics from 1973.
Best wishes
Thomas
Hi Thomas
Thank you for the comment. The address is Lodbergsvej 189, behind Danland, and the cottage is probably still there, but it may soon be demolished or moved to a new site, as the museum has shown interest in the original and charming cottage.
It would be interesting to see your pictures. A teenager of today would probably not be able to imagine a holiday without internet access and television.
Lillebo’s history is described in a book, Sommerhuse i Søndervig, written by Poul Osmundsen and me. I’ll send the text by mail, then you can translate it with Google Translate.
